In an environmental project what does a HSE officer look out for?

It is very simple, HSE is Health Safety and Environment, Even though the project itself demonstrate as Environmental, we must need to consider possible health risks and an effecient way for optimum results. That is important for the people working in the different capacity on the project.

Therefore, as HSE Officer, he can optimise the working environment, simultaneously by considering a potetial risk to the people in the project. And ultimately can help the company to save energy, environment and working time which will ultimately save cost.

it involves creating organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and substances. It also includes training of personnel in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of protective clothing and equipment.

To monitor the workplace situation and conditions, the task and actions of the worker,give alternative advice based on the safety policies as solutions to all hazardous conditions,and make sure that all personel are following the health and safety environment policies and guidelines.

Its the Health and Safety including Security and environmental concerns.

Health of the people, their safety and security while at work, and the environmental factors such as the pollution to which we must give vale as well.

All the factors affecting, circling the environment should be given acceptable and adequate support to reach optimum level of production.
