What's between Activate and Reactivate License in Tally ERP 9?

If anybody have purchase the license then you directly will put serial number and activation key to active your licenses.

If the account administrator is belonging to more than one account then he can reactive licenses from surrendered state. 

REACTIVATE LICENSE ISSED IF THE EXISTING LICENSE WAS SURRENDERED

We will see the Activate License and Reactivate License in Tally.ERP 9 software where we use Activate License option first time we activate our Tally License where as we use the Reactivate License if have surrendered the Tally License. http://www.accountsguy.net/2015/04/activate-reactivate-license-in-tally.html
