What are drawings of approval by client,local authority and maintenance in construction?

Drawings which are for a Project are generally classified into the types you have asked for -

1) Drawings prepared in the initial stages of Design which are sent to Local Governing Authorities for Approval, where the site is located.

2) Drawings sent to Client for their Comments / Approval which are then sent to Site for Execution.

3) As Built drawings which are prepared after execution at Site, which are then referred to by the Site maintenance team or for any future requirements.
