As it helps to crate a good relationship between employees and the manger. In an organisation the relationship between employees and manager is important because it help to motive the employees and increase the working capacity.

We are human beings and every action has a reaction , so is very important we have a wide culture and knowledge about human behavior , for many reasons first our behaviors depend for our environment , The society in which we lived in it, friends , school , religion, Habits , traditions , different nationalities ,all these reasons and more ,  If we dont have wide knowledge and culture ,How do we deal with all these complex factors? so for these reason should be Know at least some principles about human behaviors .
