Offer him or her the best quality of your product which is the most expensive one, for free, try to impress him or her by sending the product as a gift. And request the VIP a feedback about that product.

 

Managing your reputation online and offline is very important. So negative feedback is something that you don’t need.

 

However, to re-gain the trust of any of your VIP customers you can do the following:

 

To be a connector. 

 

The first thing you should ask yourself, 'What can I do for this person?' Be the person who can make those introductions.

 

Consistency: Be consistent by creating opportunities, Fix the top issues that customers have and monitor your customers on all their social streams.
