As a Supply Chain head what are your main focus to achieve your goals?

As a supply chain head, my goal is to make sure all supplies are delivered according to set schedules with optimum utilization of resources in hand.  I believe, any good supply chain operation is depending on very good communication and reporting so I would go for technology and professional team to achieve the desired goal.

As a Supply Chain head, my main focus  to achieve my goals is to take a proactive approach in reviewing current systems and procedures, making recommendations and implementing changes. My role is key to lead the company forward in securing quality suppliers of materials and components covering price delivery and quality targets

Supply chain is basically finding sources who would give the best rates for your requirements and if possible can follow JIT process. It is also dependent on getting best results by keeping minimal inventory to give better profitability. Also, avoiding and getting rid of dead inventory.

Cost Cutting, Understanding or ignorance, Non-value add (management perception) Traditional viewpoint of role functions.

As a supply chain head my goal is to improve the standers of supply chain that  bring the right product  in the right place at the right time in good condition with good price

Most Important thing is to maintain the flow of transportation and delivering goods without affecting material Quality & quantity. Taking all preliminary steps to deliver goods on time, effective storage techniques and minimizing stock inventory, choosing proper procurement will bring a great success.  The main focus will be handling material with information and awareness, getting better price quote and proper utilization of storage space, satisfying from suppliers to customers by providing proper information, finance flow and profit oriented results.

DELIVERING THE GOODS ON TIME IS THE MAIN FOCUS , SO FOR THAT I GO DEEP IN THE STAFF MANAGEMENT, VEHICLES AND SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED

As a supply chain head, my goal is to make sure all cost associated with supply chain are minimized as much as possible so as to maximize organizational profit.

Balance load and scheduling fastest delivery options and routes
