Why is nationality one of the factors to be considered when hiring for a CSR?

that dependent on which kind of your customer 

Ex: around 80% from ur customer from Arab nationality so u should be select arab staff on sales

if it from asia so hiring from there

some times because of language and accent , some times because of customers mentality, some times because of manager nationality :)
