How to find the load difference or efficiency between motors one Chinese and other German made of same size(22kw) running on same load for same time.?

Please help me finding this question.

Both induction Motors are of same Kw() running on3 phase electricity.but the German motor is costly twice of of the Chinese one...Why

there should be any difference like efficiency wise,energy consumption wise,life wise,quality wise....

but need help and reasons.
