Yes, may be in some situations not all, may be when s-he arrive on 8:10 not 8:00, when forget put his - her finger print, ...

But not important situation, to be easy with your employees sometime is not a weakness!..... that will help you to ask them for more tasks 

Ethics and values are aspects of success. They help you to establish a successful business. Turning an eye does not help, it might damage your credibility. So, I believe you should fire a customer who does that.

No.Even if they are the top player and profit maker if they break the ethics and values they should be deal with accordingly.If you ignore those actions others may follow.And it may cause resentment to others subordinates also.
