If all companies need experienced candidates, how will freshers get experienced?

Many companies take freshers, but other companies prefer experienced because, many employees after getting experience run off to other companies. In this the company mentoring the freshers lose on effort, time and money. So if the freshers perform well and stick to their mentoring company it encourages them to take more freshers.
