How we can implement HTML template into WordPress platform and make that template working fully dynamic in WordPress ?

to convert html template to wordpress template   .

step 1 : download wordpress from   https://wordpress.org/download/

step 2 : download local server like wamp server to test the template before host it

               download wamp server from  http://www.wampserver.com/en/

step 3 : setup wamp server

step 4 : inside wamp server you will found www folder . put wordpress inside it and extract it.

step 5 : put html template in side themes folder at wordpress

step 6 : setup wordpress

last step : visite https://codex.wordpress.org/   to get php codes that you need
