you need to have a nose for news, you need to be flexible to work in different environment, you need to give accurate and ethical information, you need to have good photography skills incase you work alone, you must be sanguine in nature, you must possess excellent command of language, you must have gone to a credible journalistic institutions, you must represent your organization in a respectful manner by how you dress and carry yourself.
