In order to permanently change the methods of command of an executive, must it be convinced him to adapt to or to force him to evolve? Why ?

Conducting pleasant & productive dialogues to convince or professionally persuade them would be more useful than forcing them. WHY? Because they will be psychologically affected by the forceful actions which in turn would negatively affect their performance. Thank for the invitation

Its better to convince him rather force him to do something. Brainstorming is important so that he may perform well in new circumstances or roles.
