It is all about time management and prioritizing. You should finish first the task which has the sooner deadline and follow the sequence of priorities.
1) Find somebody else to do 2
2) Arrange the postponement of 2 (or implement a contingency plan for them not being done on time)
3) Inform the task-giver what is happening
4) Ignore the least important / highest effort task: it's unlikely that it really needs to be done
5) Do the 3 most urgent / important / prestigious / easy / rewarding ones myself
6) After the original deadline, but before the new deadline, do the 2 postponed tasks
It depends on what these tasks are. Since 6 are all I can achieve, these tasks would be prioritized accordingly. Top priority handled first, and list would follow this sequence until these said tasks are completed.
You have to first of all maximize time, and secondly, draw a scale of preference, and solve the most pressing task, and that you can do by discussing with your superior. You can apply the SMART principle in carrying out any task,
