What are the differences between adult teaching and kids teaching ?

Since they have different needs and goals, each group requires a different  teaching style to achieve their goals. Adults are self-motivated, more committed and know exactly what they want ,while kids are more dependent on the teacher. Adults are more organized and the relationship between them and the teacher is less formal and more friendly, while this  relationship is more formal with kids.
