Is it possible to produce radio adverts without using an advertising agency?

If you have the right recording gear and know how on how to record, produce, Mix and master, you don't necessarily need an Ad agency to come up with the final product. Basically, all you need is a recording studio and a good script that doesn't exceed your time limit.
