Media and government can be the key external target audience of an organisation. They consist of influences which might be very crucial for business development. The PR department of an organisation is trained to build the positive rapport with media and government. A public relation personnel can provide very insightful suggestions during communication aspect (with regards to said influencers) of any marketing plan.
