As a Job Creator or Job seeker, do you think that; without reading 'The Blink' and 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell your journey to success is prolong ?

properly, but I 'm sure that a lot of successful business people has never read this book and they have already the talent, education back ground, experience, capabilities to achieve their objectives. 

In my view, without reading "outliers" the success journey will not be completed

Yes. reading is good but not specifically the books you mentioned. People had been getting jobs perfectly and hiring good people even before these books were written .

reading is important specially when you start your career path and having influencer increase your chance of success . at the end it differ from person to another.
