Network marketing vs classic marketing? what do you prefer?

Network Marketing for the company sure it's good,

but on the Branding Base, it's worst method to use, because it's not built on win win deal, as the network marketing it use the customer as an Ambassador  with the target of money not on the Brand building and trust of the product, and the evidence on that the the long life of the network at the top no more than a year.
