What do you think are the best ways to generate ideas?

There can be many approaches to this question BUT one perspective can be; When we talk about generating ideas, "Creativity" comes into play thus ideas can be generated in the following ways;(1) Evolution- new ideas & solutions are obtained from existing ideas through slight alteration & modifications.(2) Synthesis- two or more existing ideas that may be entirely different & seemingly unrelated are combined together to generate a new idea that is substantially different from the origin idea.(3) Revolution- new ideas are completely departure from the existing mode of thinkinh, providing a completely new way of thinking that is seemingly not connected to the convetional thinking.(4) Reapplication- old ideas are broughy into the current situatoon & used to generate new idead or solve current problem.(5) Change of direction- many creative breakthroughs occur when attention is shifted from one angle to another.Thanx for the invitation

The involvement of all employees as a single entity to generate ideas and even ask them for help to achieve that , if possible, and the promise of rewards . this the best way I think

Well,  the best way to generate idea could be when we tried to solve the issue's  by different way than normal.
