When a quick riot took place in a factory floor, how you control it as an Admin Manager & what is your time frame to neutralize the situation?

The answer to this question is broad. Not much details. Each given action demands the proper response. Some questions I would have so a client to answer this properly is there weapons involved, how many employees are involved, is there a security system enabled, is there video surveillance, where are the exits, what type of riot is this, etc? Depending upon the answers, I could quell the riot in one minute or less
