I fully agree with the answer given by my colleague Rogelio

Yes because of a lot of option for same item/ product.
Thanks for invitation,
I do agree with all of our colleagues in their answers and if I have to add something is that:
Most of our organizations are still missing "The sprite of customer orientation", therefore, they are unable to satisfy the customers actual needs through their products mix.
Yes, I agree with tyour question......................................
Well, Most of the companies having this issue or one can say different prospective of customers.
Basic reasons:-
Companies having different type of customers on the basis, AGE, INCOME, GEOGRAPHY, GENDER, DEMOGRAPHIC, NATURE and further to add this complexity below points are enough.
#. When consumer behaviour is changing.
#. When Taste is changing,
#. When Technology is changing
#. When Income level is changing
#. When Customer expectations are changing.
#. When demand and need are changing.
#. When competition is multidimensional and fierce.
#. As purchasing power is increasing.
#. When globe is becoming village.
#. When perception is changing.
So, I do not think that mass marketing companies will ever have this single view on customers.
yes.....nowadays our generation ( the Human Race ) even you give everything they wanted and nothing left to you, they still asking you for more in order them so satisfied. in short they want assurance that there is a payback once they give something.
Focus on single point of customer is necessary to retain the loyal customers but companies has objective to increase market share through research on other customers needs. If they failed to focus on other sides, it will be difficult task to snatch market share!!
I would say No. if you understand your customer as has been the case for 100's of years and the cusotmer is happy with the product - there is no single view. You have it. regardless of the data and tools your using.
There is so much "big Data" analysis it tends to over complicate the sales process.
Why - If a company is struggling with gaining a single view of their customers - they have much bigger problems perhaps unaware of - they need to identify and solve first.
Thank you for invitation. I agree with your question & colleagues answer, also looking forward to new answer.
Certainly YES. Because there is no identical view with regards on the view point of the customers. Companies struggling to collect different views and validated it and consolidate it to come up a concrete conclusion or generalization to be used as there tool to step forward towards achieving their own goals.
