It is mostly all about trust, don't you share the same idea with that?

Trust is the most expensive commodity of them all.

Hard to earn. Easy to loose. Its pretty much a volatile high-risk investment.

That is why so few invest on trust, but put more on requirements and processes. Not that thrilling & fancy, but more low-risk.
