I have asked customers straight up, what can we do better for you. I then take the information on board and look at how it would benefit my customer base.

I invite customers to recommend me, and reward them with a personal gift, like dinner or flowers.

Customer feedback is a rich source of information that customers provide to the company thus this information gives a clear picture to the company on how customers feel abour their products & operations, what they desire to have & relevant advice on how best a company should provide for them. A company has to scrutinize, analyze, assess & make relevant decisions based on the availabe information. After the company has done the above, it should them select & implement relevant strategies or changes it has come up with in regard to the feedback it got. Then the company through its various channels, media platforms & relevant or corresponding departments should communicate the changes effectively. Thanx for the invitation
