Is black hat SEO techniques encouraged now a days by many?

There are a few black hat SEO techniques that still work, but using it continuously can have negative effects!!! 

1.) Comment spam.

2.) Guest Blogging.

3.) Tiered link building.

4.) PBN's.

Stuffs like keyword stuffing and 301 redirects are now completely useless. As long as Google operates on a computer algorithm, people will definitely figure out some methods to trick that algorithm.

By continuous test, we can discover new black hat methods. Also, no one will reveal the newly discovered methods that works.

Nope! It is stealing!! Why not go through a legitimate process? 

How can people recommend robbery :) ? Since 2012 Google has taken serious steps to encounter black hat techniques. So its better to go for white hat :)
