Inform the customer  service delay due to network problem reason ! Do not keep hanging by false promises.

I will do inform the customer delay in services due to network interruption and also mark a call to IT department about the issue.

Apologize to the customers, check the connection find solution for it,inform immediately your supervisor or manager about the issue if its continuously interrupted. there are other ways for sure like manual receipts to avoid long wait while fixing and finding the solution.
