Thank You for inviting me to answer - There are no bad companies - Just bad people who work for, own, run the company or hide behind a company name.

Reputation is everything in business - and this revolves what they do, how they do it and how they look after their customers - and this is all about the people. Once your company name is trashed - so is it reputation.

People make the decisions - even if it is "company policy"....
