How do you convey your business-growth plans to senior heads in the Company as a "Leader" successfully?

It is all in the presentation. I would print out a hard copy - and put in a sleeve or folder. If you have company standards for documents , make sure they are followed for this document (EG: version control, headers/footers etc) and schedule minutes for a one-on-one meeting with your senior leader (one is best). Think about how you want to project yourself and be extra presentable for this meeting,  Most importantly, back yourself and be confident in want you have to say and present. Good Luck !
