What civil law rights would you change in your country if you could change anything?

I feel Corruption is the root cause for depriving or infringing the civil rights by way of actions or inaction of anybody may be by individual or authorities or through state. So I feel if any state can eradicate corruption or free from corruption definitely that state's citizen's civil rights will never infringe or they can deprive.

So I think corruption needs to be eradicated from the society for sane and right society where every one enjoy their rights to their satisfaction, for sure every body's basic needs like food, clothes and shelter will definitely fulfills. My views and it is a duty of a every human being as well. Thanks.
