The customer has sent you a change request. The change is easy to complete & it doesn’t affect the project budget. What should you do first?

The customer will send a request for a change in his order, whether in the quantity or quality of the product, I will deal with the available possibilities, which will benefit the company and the customer involved

Customer is first priority so such rule must be followed.

Th first thing to do is evaluate the impacts on other project constraints.

Get stakeholder approval before making any change and ensure it doesnt impact other business and technical areas. Also ensuring too many changes are not entertained at this stage by making stakeholders aware of the change management process and change control.
