Agreeing with this idea to prepare employees to get ready for the hard work in the next step and give them high evaluation in this short term goals to be active and more efficicent.

The employee accepts no easy or difficult the work and objectives of the short or long term as required by the institution's interest

Because the employee gets used to making things easy for lazy difficult things, putting the future of the company for destruction

Thanks for the invitation. I think it makes them active but lazy too because when they are dealing with smaller tasks usually and a bigger task is assigned to them then they become lazy in performing the bigger task. This is my personal view.

Don't forget to tie them with bigger goals and company's objectives. Otherwise simply assigning short term goals might be consider as micro management and that can be discouraging.
