How could we enhance the time to make balloon drawings in AutoCAD 2D? Any useful command or shortcut?

while making balloon drawings it is very tedious to change every numeric in each leader. Some time it was like- balloons in the drawing. So each time you have to edit it, any short cut to do this practice
