See there will alot of fancy questions as mentioned in one of the above posts but in my point of view Costumer service is all about handling angry costumers or costumers with negative feedback or unsatisfactory services provided by the organization. Of course you need to know about the brand , all the people working in your organization and particularly your communication skills have to be amazing.Extensive follow up and passing the feedback onto the costumers.
