What are the main contemporary issues that Sri Lanka Business organizations have been facing over the past years? Identify them and assess the impact of them to the corporate world
I don't know about Sri Lanka in particular, but the main job for executives and directors is to make money for the owners (shareholders). When a director or executive is facing a dilemma on which he personally will be harmed by cutting his salary or other expenses that are paid by the company, for the sake or benefit of the shareholders.
