The best solution to motivate a tired out team is have a team building exerciser that is rather fun and will encourage employees not to think about work and work can be fun.
If the work load is huge I believe as manager and supervisors to reward the team with they effort in that way team will not be demotivated.
A value added point many manger and supervisors have habits of loading work out my solution is engage with your team and give a helping hand.
I'll tell them how great they are doing, and how more great they are able to doand after that when we can, we will have a day off and excursion to calm their stress.
