User Center Design -UCD- is an approach that involve the user to a certain extent in the design process. constant feedback and reviews by the user in early stages really improves the usability and make it easier for your project to be a perfect fit to the business. one thing to remember is to involve the user while also informing them of the best practices and rule of thumb so you will be on the same page.
