• Control all Incoming and Outgoing Drawings/Documents including Submittals, Inspection Requests, Procedures, Drawings, Specifications and RFPs. • Ensure prompt issuance and distribution of all the Drawings/Documents to all parties as detailed in the distribution matrix contained in project procedures.• Prepare and maintain the part of Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports related to documentation such as status and summary reports and charts of Inspection requests, Drawings, Submittals, RFP’s, Method Statement etc. • Checking and managing of project central e-mails and reroute to the concerned persons and follow up with them for actions. Maintaining files of routine and confidential nature of correspondences, memos etc.• Create and maintaining of electronic and paper filing systems and associated logs such as incoming, outgoing, Site Instruction, NCR, RFP, Submittals etc. and link all soft copies with the database.• Produce reports as required by management and other parties from time to time. Ensure all project documents/drawings and correspondences are available in paper version and electronic version.• Maintain all project documents in line with the company quality system with complete control and tracking.• Act as helpdesk to Project Engineers surrounding documentation matters.

qualifications for this job

Diploma / Degree.• Minimum of5 years experience in related field.• High level of English proficiency, both oral & written.• Good communication skills.• Good IT skills.
