In my opinion, the best practices begin when they are directly linked with vision and mission of the organization. The sales team needs to align its activities which not only support the vision and mission but are also in alignment with CSR, to firstly have a common goal across the company.

The management needs to gather timely feedback from its marketing team and also make necessary changes and strive to provide a wellness environment for its employees to maximize production.
