هل الرواتب في الخليج العربي أفضل من أوروبا نعم أو كلا؟ Are salaries in Arabian gulf better than Europe , yes or no?

مش عارفه لاني لا كنت في الخليج و ال اوروبه

Not at all. The salaries in the Eurpean Countries may be better than the Arabian Gulf but what made the Arabian Gulf better is that there is lesser taxation as far as the countries are concerned. While on the other hand the European countries have aggressive taxation. Some of them have up t20% deducted from individual salary as tax.

In Arabia countires salaries are not better than European countries just a tax deduction rate is lower in Arabian countires.

تجد صعوبة فى الاجابة على مثل هذا السؤال مجملا وذلك للاسباب الاتية :-

1- بعض دول الخليج المرتبات متدنية

2- بعض دول اوربا ايضا المرتبات متدنية

3- بعض دول الخليج المرتبات مرتفعة جدا

4- بعض دول اوربا المرتبات مرتفعة جدا

لهذا لابد وان نقوم بمقارنة انشطة بعينها بدول بعينها او حتى بين المنطقتين

فمثلا لو قلنا ( نشاط الموارد البشرية ) سوف نلاحظ انة فى اوربا اعلى من الخليج بأضعاف

مع استبعاد نظام الكفالة في دول الخليج فيمكن القول بان الاجور جيده بالنسبة للعمالة العربيه وافضل من اوربا اما اذا كانت مع نظام الكفالة فلا مقارنه مع نظام استعبد الكثير من البشر ليس هناك وجهة للمقارنه بالمرة ..

صدقني اتمني العمل هنا وهنا  لأني لم اغادر مصر ولكني اعتقد ان رواتب اوربا اعلي من رواتب الخليج

It is not about the number that you take it is about the cost of living in this country. Meaning you can take10K in UAE and you are offered the same salary in Europe but the cost of living is triple of double UAE or vise versa. Searching for the cost of living and whether it is going to suit you or not is the best way to decide 

قد تكون هناك بعض الفروقات ولكن في الغالب الخليج افضل

انا لم اذهب الى هنا او هنا لكن من وجه نظرى حتى لو الراتب اقل فى دول الخليج تعوضه اشياء اخرى مثل تقارب ثقافه الشعوب وكذلك تقارب العادات والتقاليد وطبعا التوحد الدينى

i think yes , thats why european people come to work in golf countries..the salaries are highest than europe and also the opportunities for work are better
