How does a huge company like Samsung produce a phone that explodes?

For a huge company like Samsung who has a history in producing phones over the past few years, how can they make such a big mistake and release a phone that is likely to explode?

Was there not enough testing in the production procedure or did they use faulty components for their mobiles?

This is the big mistake from circuit designing team and battery production team, i think they are rushed for marketing this phone, the quality check is very poor.

In general I beleive by slef but not others so, in this same way samsung beleive's on their product but not on suppliers or vendors. This lead to a big black mark for any company or organization.

Because of the lack of good testing of the components and the rush to introduce a new product to achieve competition and this is the largest mistake committed by a large company because they lose the reputation

The cause is a chemical reaction that occurs inside the battery. in the battery there is an electric current flowing, from the anode (negative pole) to the cathode (positive pole) and across the electrolyte in between. When excess power (overcharge), then there is excessive heat which further trigger chemical reactions in the anode, It can also happen otherwise, ie when the battery is being used as usual and there is excess heat that triggers chemical reactions in the cathode. The chemical reactions, either in the anode or cathode, can accumulate to make the battery temperature rise. As the temperature gets higher, about 150 degrees Celsius, the battery will burn.

The problem in Samsung recent phone is associated with power surge. The company did not consider during production stage, that temperature rise in the components due power surge can affect the function of the phone. So,when current flow generates heat in the circuitry, and no coolant, the system will heat up and cause explosion. They should revisit the battery and other power consuming components.

Samsung declared that the reason behind this scandal was a faulty battries supplied from some specific vendor, So, I believe that it was a QA failure.

the firm failed to identify and verify the problems that arose in the design and manufacture of the batteries

it posible for the huge production of samsung phone..he or she din't check properly the design and materials they use that cause of explode
