Is it possible to know the dimension of an inclined line in an isometric section without using aligned dimension?

yes ,just command MO and rectangular shape will appear at the left side and click the line you wish to get the measurement.on the MO box you find all the necessary information in that line.

Auto-cad  does not provide direct tool for creating true dimension for Isometric Sections.
