Most popular questions at job interviews with ref. to my personal experiences as an HR are:-

1. Most questions will be related to the resume submitted.

2. there will be questions in relevance to the job experience.

3. More questions could be related to the last job experience.

4. Questions related to personal background.

5. How would one contribute if selected in the new job environment.

6.Questions related to your subject of specialization.

I think "Why do want to leave your current job" is most popular question.

Motivational Qs :like

- What do you know about us? Our Company? Of our products? our business? Our markets? Our customers? our competitors?

- How you can participate to the development of our Company? 

- What your objective when you work with us ?

hypothetical Qs like

- What if you were asked to double the volume of your hires next year? What would you change about your process? How would you maintain the quality of your hiring?

Situational Qs like

- What did you prefer to do in your previous job? Why ?Give us an example of a project or assignment you particularly enjoyed ?

- What are the main difficulties you encountered it? Could you describe a difficult situation in the context of a mission to accomplish? How have you resolved? What could you do to avoid it? What would you do if a similar situation happens again in the future ?

The most popular question is - 'Tell me something about yourself!' It's the first question and your first opportunity to answer. In more ways than one - your response to this one question will have a great impact on where your interview goes and the final outcome of your entire interview.
