What technology transfer procedures do you suggest to inhabit Concentrated Solar Power (CHAPS/CPVT) technology within The Pan Arab World and Africa?

Concentrated Solar Power Stations utilising CHAPS/CPVT technologies alongside wind farms are the next clean and renewable very-low to zero emission power generating methods.

As technology advances and mature, many countries within Pan Arab World and Africa are about to implement projects of different sizes..

How can you advertise concrete steps to encourage both technology firms and governments to co-operate and adopt a common ground (i.e. Make in India Solar Agreement with French government) towards locally manufacturing hi-tech components not just investing in assembly lines?

Major Portion of 'Arab' and 'Africa' get good sun throuhout the year, so there is a great potential con convert Solar Power to energy form, which can be used by man, like electricity. However rich 'Arab' countries MUST (I repeat) MUST invest upto 15% of their GDP in fundamental R&D for new 'Energy' sources, including Solar Power. Energy, Energy and Technology shall decide the future leadership of the globe.

Arab and african countries have sun shines more than 8 hrs in day with peak intensity . so solar concentrator is best in these countries
