If you're in the position of (branch manager) and offered you the position of (sales executiv) in a global company and big. Do you reject or accept ?

Why not it's a job ( Work) maybe you find some are advantages with the new job you're not get with the previous job              !!!

This depends on salary and workplace

Everyone has talents and looking for the best

Possible exposure to pressure

I will because there I will have much more to learn and grow with better fringe benefits and package of course..

I will refuse, no compare between the 2 jobs.

Personally i would have to look into the most important & significant aspects in my career & life projection for instance my Vision, Career Objective, my Mission or Target. These very important factors would serve as a yardstick in directing & kerping me on track into making the right decision. Thanx for the invitation

Priority wise we should go first for Brand of the Organisation/ Business, next the Position Offered and last the Offered Salary. Rest, a professional has to decide to switch or to stay,on his prudence.

this is I have the position of the (branch manager) and I wait and I realize my goals but positive month nedonner company not frame me and my other company offers the position (executiv sales) agree .

Yes I would accept as this is a senior position to support all the sales including all the branches.

This is a senior position and very important for the company.

Reject it out rightly

Reasons as per my understanding.

# From first or second line Manager to move in front line of sales is not a wise decision.

# It will come as shock once you start to reporting to Branch Manager ( Which you were few days back)

# Your new team members  might not accept you in positive sense and that will impact you  negatively .

 

There can be exceptions always , but it will remain exception.
