How to know the best leader?

A leader helps you explore  and discover yourself  ,he inspires you  , motivates you ,  works with u and builds leadership quality within you . as whole makes you a better person and worthy .  

A true leader gets involved, leads from the front, allows the team to do their best work based on a clear vision and encourages every member of the team - regardless of level - to contribute to that vision.

Have been to Alexandria, Egypt in 2000 for commissioning and stabilisation of polyethylene plant of sidi kerrir. My first overseas assignment! Joyful stay and still today, many times remembering Egypt. Sir, how Egypt doing now?

Not all human beings are same. So applies to leaders also. You can always find the best leader among a lot by rating her/him on honesty, delegation, communication, positive attitude, approach, confidence, inspire, intuition, creativity and commitment.
