its very important that in a team the group of individuals coming together should be unified as one person towards one goal that should be the soul of team management and team building, what managers mainly forget if getting the work done becomes a to do thing in the list team building fails , the point should be this is to be achieved how, and what and then the ideas flow across the table give every one a chance to think accept and reject the ideas back the ideas which are good enough but as a manager never tell the team what to do let them decide and this would help you transform a group into a team
