It is both important. If you have integrity in doing the right things you are being honest. Atleast 80% can rate themselves for being honest and have an integrity.

PERSONAL CORE, INTEGRITY VALUES ARE FUNDAMENTAL, ESPECIALLY IN MY FIELD OF HSE MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE PARAMOUNT! IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE COMPLACENCY, LOOK THE OTHER WAY, TYPE ATTITUDES, DEMONSTRATED ON PREVIOUS PROJECTS BY BOTH COMPANY, AND CLIENTS WHERE THE MAIN OBJECTIVE WAS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT WITHOUT ANY NEGATIVE REMARKS, MEANING LTI'S NOT REPORTED, INCIDENTS SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET, JUST TO PROMOTE THE CLIENT, AND OR COMPANIES FUTURE ACTIVITIES!
