In your opinion, what is the best logo ever created? Why?

I think it depends on what the logo represents and conveys as a stand alone icon. I do think that the smiley face developed by Harvey Ross Ball captures best what a logo should evoke.

every logo has it own history and stuff but i m really inspired by Fedex logo. font and colour specially the hidden arrow is super amazing. Very well use of negative space
