What if the " Sales person" speaks " Harsh words" to a customer who is in " Field work"?

It is happening and always happening. I have seen cases like that and whenever it is happening, I am approaching my colleague and the customer and little by little I am diverting the customer to talk to me and be the one to assist him. Once customer leaves, I never fail to remind my colleague on how we should observe our way in dealing to our customers.

customer is like a crush with who you really want to be. what will happen if you will use harsh words in your talk towards that specific person. i think you got the point
