How have you coped in the past when an event or the actions of a person in your workplace adversely affected your personal motivation?

I motivated the person , i used the theory of "Example Is Better Than Precept".

By just ignoring him .............. Instead of taking him seriously one should start ignoring to progress, do your job and take the information required from him.
